All items purchased from COCORINGA LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

DISPUTES, REFUNDS & MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to cocoringa.com or to products you purchase  shall be submitted to customerservice@cocoringa.com
 

For refunds and money back, please return the product purchased in its unused and original packaging to COCORINGA LLC, 40 Andrew Dr, Stockbridge, GA 30281. Upon receipt of returns, your purchase price will be refunded in full minus any shipping costs and/or applicable restock fees.  Customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost on returns. Items returned at no fault of COCORINGA LLC will incur a 20% restock fee or the cost of reshipping.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY/ MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We offer a money back guarantee on all items returned within 30 days from receipt. To get a refund and arrange a return, please email customerservice@cocoringa.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Only returns with a RMA will be refunded.
Customer is responsible for cost of shipping the returned item. A 20% restocking fee will be charged.
A full refund will be offered minus original shipping and handling within 30 days of receipt of returned item.

Product purchased must be returned either unused and in original packaging.  Upon receipt of returns, your purchase price will be refunded in full minus any shipping costs. Customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost on returns.

RECURRING BILLING/ AUTO SHIP

Automatic shipments can be cancelled at anytime by sending an email to customerservice@cocoringa.com

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

Please review our other policies, such as our Shipping and Returns policy, posted on this site. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
