Our product is COCORINGA Moringa Hot Chocolate. We have not changed our packaging, ingredients or formula; and we do not have a new variation.
There is now a knock off Chinese product out there called Veltracha Moringa Hot Chocolate, made in China.
They have copied our box design, colors and packaging to trick consumers.
As you can see it is easy to be confused with us. They have made it look almost identical. The product is sold outside of our website online at various places like Amazon. When customers search for CocoRinga or Moringa Hot Chocolate, it displays first because they have paid to sponsor and advertise it there attached to our COCORINGA brand. Regrettably, a number of our customers were fooled by it and purchased the product, later contacting us to express dissatisfaction.
They have reviews from Vine which is an Amazon free product platform. We are not sure if those reviews are to be trusted.
We are warning our customers because unfortunately this happens often. Chinese factories find good products and try to imitate them using cheap, poor quality ingredients. Please look for our name COCORINGA and our logo when buying.
